  I recently had an unfortunate episode at this store. I own a small business, and we recently bought a faulty piece of electronics ("Staples brand") for my business and when I brought it back, with the receipt, it was implied that it was not purchased at staples (clearly it was) and that I was lying (despite having the original receipt). Instead of being reasonable and try to solve the issue, they basically told me they couldn't help me with the broken machine. Only when they looked it up on the computer did they realize that yes, in fact, this was from their store and was their own brand! Is this any way to treat their customers?
  
  As a result of this, my small business will be taking our business elsewhere.
